A lecture style class that introduces the 7 stages of disease, food combining, Sprouting techniques and Vibrational theory. Held from 9 AM to 11:30 at the beautiful St. Lawrence Market Kitchen Gallery, located in the Second floor.

Learn to make savory entree items like quiche, coconut raw yougurt to delight friends and family. Going healthy is easy when you can make food like this! There are a lot of level 1 students that are interested in the class, so we suggest that you book as soon as possible.
